Benjamin A. Schock, Esq. is an established attorney at Simasko, Simasko & Simasko, P.C. where he practices in the following areas:  Criminal, Probate, Estate Planning, Landlord Tenant cases, Medicaid and Veterans Benefits Planning.

After receiving a B.A. in Political Science-Pre Law from Michigan State University, Ben continued his education at Michigan State College of Law to receive his law degree.  He began working for Simasko Law Offices as a law clerk while he was pursuing his law degree.

Prior to joining Simasko Law Offices, Ben served as a licensed financial advisor for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.  With Ben’s extensive knowledge in elder law and financial planning he has helped hundreds of families in planning for their future, protecting their assets and receiving available financial and medical benefits.  With his strong background in criminal defense he successfully represents his clients’ rights regarding felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations and domestic violence.
