Biography: Ben has been at SIMASKO, SIMASKO & SIMASKO, P.C for three years serving as a law clerk while he was pursuing his law degree. He came aboard full time in the summer of 2006.

While at Michigan State University College of Law, Ben was the managing Editor of Events for The Journal of Business and Securities Law. He served in this post for two years and helped guide the journal through its infancy. He also concentrated his studies in taxation and worked one semester in the Michigan State University College of Law Tax Clinic. Ben also externed for two semesters at Michigan State University Student Legal Services, spending most of his time while externing there doing criminal law. He also was a member of the Tax and Estate Planning Society and served one year as treasurer of this student organization.

Before attending law school, Ben worked for General Motors Acceptance Corporation as a credit administer and prior to that served as a licensed financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
